Participants and spectators are strongly encouraged to arrive one hour prior to their projected race start time.
Disney Wine & Dine 10K · Saturday, October 24
Participants and spectators of the 10K are strongly encouraged to arrive at the EPCOT parking lot no later than 4:00 AM.
Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon · Sunday, October 25
Participants and spectators of the Half Marathon are strongly encouraged to arrive at the EPCOT parking lot no later than 4:00 AM.
EPCOT LOTS
Parking, rideshare, & dropoff
Rideshare - 5K and 10K
A dedicated rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone sits between the HeiHei and Moana lots.
Rideshare - Half Marathon
Rideshare is also available. Guests will be dropped off in the EPCOT rideshare loop from 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM, Charter lot from 4:30 AM - 10:30 AM and back to the rideshare loop at 10:30 AM.
Event parking lots
Crush (rows 201–216), Dory (401–417), HeiHei (101–110), Moana (301–310) and Wall-E (501–513). Note your row — the lots look identical in the dark.
Personal Transportation
Guests not staying at a Resort will need their own transportation to all race weekend events. For all race events, Guests must park at EPCOT and parking is free before 7:30 AM on race mornings.

How to book
1. Download and open the Lyft app.
2. Enter your destination while within Walt Disney World Resort.
3. Select Minnie Van Service from the available ride options, or select Access Minnie Van for an accessible vehicle.
4. Confirm your pickup location and track your vehicle arrival status in the app.

• Travel to the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo with drop-off right by the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex front entrance.
• Enjoy a private ride to the race start area on your schedule, with drivers aware of road closures and optimal routes, and service beginning as early as 2:30 AM.
• In addition to servicing the races, Minnie Vans can also be used for transportation to and from other runDisney events.

Race weekend bus transportation operates from 2:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests are dropped off and picked up at the EPCOT Bus Loop. Rideshare drop-off is available at the EPCOT Rideshare Loop.
What transportation is available for the Disney Wine & Dine 10K?
Race weekend bus transportation will operate from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM to the start area and from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM from the finish area. Rideshare drop-off is available at the EPCOT Rideshare Loop.
What transportation is available for the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon?
Race weekend bus transportation will operate from 2:30 AM to 5:00 AM to the start area and from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM from the finish area. Rideshare drop-off is available at the EPCOT Charter Lot.

Due to high expected attendance, Guests should plan to use race weekend bus transportation, Minnie Vanâ„¢ service connected by Lyft, or another rideshare service when traveling to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on Thursday, October 22.
Is complimentary transportation available from Disney Resorts Collection hotels?
Yes. Complimentary transportation is available for Guests staying with the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, Shades of Green®, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. Service will operate from 8:15 AM to 8:30 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
When does Race Weekend Bus Transportation begin operating for the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo?
On Thursday, October 22, Race Weekend Bus Transportation will begin approximately 45 minutes before the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo opens.
On Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, Race Weekend Bus Transportation will begin approximately 30 minutes before the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo opens.

Yes. Minnie Vanâ„¢ service connected by Lyft and other rideshare services are available.
Is parking available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Limited parking is available at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
What happens if event parking reaches capacity?
If event parking reaches capacity, Guests arriving by personal vehicle will be directed to an alternative off-site parking location with complimentary bus transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
