Complimentary resort transportation runs continuously to and from EPCOT from 2:30 AM until 10:00 AM, when event weekend transportation ends.

All races have a pace of 16-minutes-per-mile. Those that fall behind pace, may experience course modifications.
New this year
Race bib information
New this year, your 5K race bib includes two tear tags and a timing tag.
At the Expo
When you pick up your participant shirt, hand the top tear tag to a runDisney Cast Member.
On race morning
Your bottom tear tag contains your assigned Start Group opening time. When it is time to enter your Start Group, hand the bottom tear tag to a runDisney Cast Member at the Start Group entrance.
Important reminders
- Bring your bib with you on race day.
- Keep the bottom tear tag attached until race morning.
- Do not remove the timing tag attached to the back of your bib.

5K FAQs
What time should I arrive for the 5K?
5K participants and spectators are strongly encouraged to arrive one hour prior to their projected race start time. If you arrive after your group closes, you'll be asked to join the next available start group.
When should I arrive for each race?
2026 Disney Wine & Dine 5K participants should arrive one hour prior to their projected race start time. 10K and Half Marathon participants should arrive no later than 4 AM.
What time should spectators arrive?
Arrive one hour prior to your projected race start time for the 5K and no later than 4:00 AM for the 10K and Half Marathon.
What happens if I miss my start group?
You'll be asked to join the next available start group. You'll still be timed and still finish — just later than planned.
Is there a pace requirement?

What is bib check?
Bib check confirms you're in the right start group before you enter the staging area. Times are listed on the Disney Wine & Dine 5K staging map.
Am I allowed to wear a costume in runDisney races?
Yes; however, costumes cannot interfere with the safety of you or other runners. If a costume is questionable or offensive to others, Disney reserves the right to either have you change into something more appropriate or remove you from the event. Are strollers allowed?
For everyone's safety, selfie sticks, baby joggers, strollers, baby carriers, backpacks, skates, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, and animals of any kind are prohibited from the course and event staging areas. Violators will be removed from the course and transported to the finish line area.
Will the race be cancelled or postponed due to weather?
All runDisney races will be held rain or shine, except in the case of lightning or other circumstances if the runDisney Event Management staff determines in its sole discretion that cancellation or postponement is necessary.
