Race bib and shirt pickup
Participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex the day prior to their scheduled event to pick up their race bib and participant shirt.

Race Bib Pick-Up Requirements
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Digitally signed waiver
- Check-In Pass
Guests can't pick up a race bib for another runner, unless they're a minor.
To pick up your participant shirt:
- Participants will need their bib.
- Remove the tear tag at the top of your bib to provide to a Cast Member. The letters on the tear tag indicate the shirt size requested.
- If available at shirt exchange, participant shirts can be exchanged for another size.
- 5K participants should keep the bottom tear tag attached until race morning.

Virtual queue
On October 22, 2026, a virtual queue will open for the official runDisney Merchandise Shop as well as to shop the runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes inside the AdventHealth Arena on the first day of the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo. Spend more time enjoying your Expo experience and visiting with Expo vendors, all while waiting in line for merchandise, virtually.
To use the virtual queue on day one of the expo, you'll need to download the My Disney Experience app and make sure location services are turned on. You can also add Friends & Family to your account ahead of time.
Step 1 — Open the app
Open My Disney Experience and navigate to the Virtual Queues section on the Welcome Screen. On the first day of the expo, Guests can request to join the virtual queue at 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET. You can only join the Virtual Queue one time per day.
Step 2 — Choose the shop
Visit the tab labeled ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Select the runDisney Merchandise Shop and tap “Join Virtual Queue.”
Step 3 — Add your party
Select the number of Guests, up to six people total, in your shopping party, then tap “Join Virtual Queue” once more. All members of your party must be on your My Disney Experience Friends & Family list before you join.
Step 4 — Get your wait time
If spots remain, you'll see a confirmation screen with an estimated wait time. Your estimate is based on the expo's local opening time, so don't be alarmed if the wait appears long.
Step 5 — Watch for the alert
You'll receive a push notification when your group is ready to return, and you'll have one hour to arrive at the AdventHealth Arena. Make sure notifications are enabled on your device.
Step 6 — Check in
Once you arrive, follow the signs to the check-in area and be ready to show the Cast Member the QR code you received with your confirmation.
Product details and purchase information
- The virtual queue gets you into the AdventHealth Arena, where you can experience both the runDisney Merchandise Shop and runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes.
- Once inside, you have the option to try on Brooks Running shoes prior to entering the main floor, where you may purchase runDisney merchandise and/or runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes.
- In the Brooks Running shoe trial area, Guests can try on the same shoe models in generic non-Disney themed designs to ensure the best fit.
- Forms will be distributed by the shoe trialing area to all Guests who wish to purchase Brooks Running shoes. You'll provide desired style, size, width and quantity. There is a limit on the first day of the expo — one of each design per adult purchaser. This form is required before entering to purchase runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes.
- Only credit/debit card payments will be accepted. Cash, Disney gift cards and MagicBands will not be accepted, and Disney Merchandise Mobile Checkout will not be available for runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes.
- No discounts (Disney and/or Brooks) apply to runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes inside the AdventHealth Arena.
A few additional things to note
- Platinum and Gold Club runDisney Members do not need to join the virtual queue to access their early shopping windows during the first day of the Expo. Please reference the member email for additional information.
- Guests can join the virtual queue from their hotel room or home, within approximately 45 miles of Walt Disney World property.
- Each member of a party enrolled in the virtual queue will receive a dedicated QR code to present for entry.
A virtual queue is not a guarantee
Joining the virtual queue does not grant any or immediate access to the runDisney Merchandise Shop and/or runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes inside the AdventHealth Arena. Virtual queues are limited in capacity and subject to availability. Merchandise is subject to availability and inventory may sell out.

To enjoy all the expo offerings, please arrive onsite when you have approximately 30 minutes remaining on your estimated wait time.

Before you arrive
Complete your waiver today
All weekend participants MUST complete a waiver form before arriving for each event you're participating in. To make this more convenient, you can complete it digitally. A parent or legal guardian will need to sign a waiver for any participant under 18.
- To sign your digital participant waiver and save time at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo, log in to your runDisney Account.
- Select “View & Sign Your Documents” in the important reminders section, or select the race weekend from your registrations.
- Select “View Your Registration,” then select “Your Documents.” If you do not see your registration, refer to “What if my race registration does not appear on my account” in the runDisney FAQs.
- Once you've read the complete waiver, agree to sign electronically and type your full name. Your name must match the name used at the time of registration.
- Once you have signed your waiver, you'll have the option to download or email yourself a copy.
Expo Check-In Pass
Your Expo Check-In Pass is needed at the expo to pick up your race bib and will be available on Monday, October 19 in your runDisney Account. Bring a printed or digital copy for each event you are participating in, plus a valid government-issued photo ID.

Do Club runDisney Members receive early access to the Expo?
Gold and Platinum Members receive early merchandise access on October 22. Platinum: 7:00–8:30 AM; Gold: 7:30–8:30 AM. Race bib and shirt pickup begins at 8:00 AM.
Can Club runDisney Members pick up their race bib during early access?
Yes. Gold and Platinum Members may access race bib pickup and participating exhibitors starting at 8:00 AM on October 22, 2026.

Do I need to join a Virtual Queue to shop for race weekend merchandise?
Yes. On Thursday, October 22, 2026, Guests purchasing official race weekend merchandise or runDisney-themed Brooks shoes inside AdventHealth Arena must join the Virtual Queue. A Virtual Queue is not required on Friday or Saturday.
When can I join the Virtual Queue?
The Virtual Queue opens on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Do I need to be near Walt Disney World Resort to join the Virtual Queue?
Yes. Guests must be within 45 miles of Walt Disney World Resort.

What is the best way to get to the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo on Thursday?
Due to high expected attendance, Guests should plan to use race weekend bus transportation, Minnie Van™ service connected by Lyft, or another rideshare service when traveling to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on Thursday, October 22.
Is complimentary transportation available from Disney Resorts Collection hotels?
Yes. Complimentary transportation is available for Guests staying with the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, Shades of Green®, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. Service will operate from 8:15 AM to 8:30 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
When does Race Weekend Bus Transportation begin operating for the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo?
On Thursday, October 22, Race Weekend Bus Transportation will begin approximately 45 minutes before the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo opens. On Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, Race Weekend Bus Transportation will begin approximately 30 minutes before the Expo opens.
Can I use Minnie Van Connected by Lyft or rideshare services?
Yes. Minnie Van service connected by Lyft and other rideshare services are available.
Is parking available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Limited parking is available at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
What happens if event parking reaches capacity?
If event parking reaches capacity, Guests arriving by personal vehicle will be directed to an alternative off-site parking location with complimentary bus transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Where do I pick up my race bib and participant shirt?
Race bib and participant shirt pickup locations are listed in the Expo page of the Digital Expo & Event Guide.
I’m participating in the 10K, Half Marathon or Two Course Challenge. Do I need to visit the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo on Thursday?
No. Participants in these events may pick up their race bib and participant shirt before race day during runDisney Health & Fitness Expo operating hours. We encourage you to visit the Expo the day before your race.
Can I pick up my race bib on race morning?
No. Race bib pickup is only available during runDisney Health & Fitness Expo operating hours. All participants must pick up their race bib before race day.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my bib?
Download and complete your race waiver, which will be available approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. You must have a valid government-issued photo ID and your race weekend Check-In Pass to pick up your bib. Accepted identification includes a driver's license, passport, military ID or other government-issued ID.
Participants may not pick up another adult participant’s race bib. Parents or legal guardians must complete the race waiver for participants who are minors.

What is different about the 2026 Disney Wine & Dine 5K bib?
Disney Wine & Dine 5K bibs include two tear tags. The top tear tag is for apparel. The bottom tear tag contains your Start Group Opening Time. Keep the bottom tear tag attached until race morning.
