The runDisney Health & Fitness Expo takes place at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort.
What are the Expo hours during the 2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend?
Thursday, October 22, 2026: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday, October 23, 2026: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 24, 2026: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
When should I visit the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo?
The best time to visit depends on your race. Participants should plan to pick up their race bib and participant shirt before race day. If you're participating in the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Two Course Challenge, we encourage you to visit the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo the day before your race.
Do Club runDisney Members receive early access to the Expo?
Gold and Platinum Members receive early merchandise access on October 22. Platinum: 7:00–8:30 a.m.; Gold: 7:30–8:30 a.m. Race bib and shirt pickup begins at 8:00 a.m.
Can Club runDisney Members pick up their race bib during early access?
Yes. Gold and Platinum Members may access race bib pickup and participating exhibitors starting at 8:00 a.m. on October 22, 2026.
Do I need to join a Virtual Queue to shop for race weekend merchandise?
Yes. On Thursday, October 22, 2026, Guests purchasing official race weekend merchandise or runDisney-themed Brooks shoes inside AdventHealth Arena must join the Virtual Queue. A Virtual Queue is not required on Friday or Saturday.
When can I join the Virtual Queue?
The Virtual Queue opens on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Do I need to be near Walt Disney World Resort to join the Virtual Queue?
Yes. Guests must be within 45 miles of Walt Disney World Resort.
When should I arrive for my Virtual Queue return time?
Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your assigned return time.
How do I find my Start Group Opening Time?
Your 5K Start Group Opening Time is printed on the tear tag located at the bottom of your race bib. The 10K and Half Marathon Start Group Opening Times can be found on the 10K and Half Marathon pages in the Digital Expo & Event Guide.
What time does the Disney Wine & Dine 5K start and when should I arrive?
Please arrive 1 hour prior to your projected start time. You can find your projected start time on the 5K page in the Digital Expo & Event Guide.
Can I change my Start Group?
No start group changes will be made before race weekend, at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo or onsite at the races.
Can I participate with friends and/or family if assigned to a different Start Group?
Yes, you may move back to a later start group to run together.
How do I get to the Disney Wine & Dine 5K?
Race weekend bus transportation operates from 2:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Guests are dropped off and picked up at the EPCOT Bus Loop. Rideshare drop-off is available at the EPCOT Rideshare Loop.
What transportation is available for the Disney Wine & Dine 10K?
Race weekend bus transportation will operate from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. to the start area and from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. from the finish area. Rideshare drop-off is available at the EPCOT Rideshare Loop.
What transportation is available for the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon?
Race weekend bus transportation will operate from 2:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. to the start area and from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. from the finish area. Rideshare drop-off is available at the EPCOT Charter Lot.
What is the best way to get to the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo on Thursday?
Due to high expected attendance, Guests should plan to use race weekend bus transportation, Minnie Vanâ„¢ service connected by Lyft, or another rideshare service when traveling to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on Thursday, October 22.
Is complimentary transportation available from Disney Resorts Collection hotels?
Yes. Complimentary transportation is available for Guests staying with the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, Shades of Green®, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. Service will operate from 8:15 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
When does Race Weekend Bus Transportation begin operating for the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo?
On Thursday, October 22, Race Weekend Bus Transportation will begin approximately 45 minutes before the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo opens. On Friday October 23 and Saturday October 24, Race Weekend Bus Transportation will begin approximately 30 minutes before the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo opens.
Can I use Minnie Vanâ„¢ Connected by Lyft or rideshare services?
Yes. Minnie Vanâ„¢ service connected by Lyft and other rideshare services are available.
Is parking available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Limited parking is available at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
What happens if event parking reaches capacity?
If event parking reaches capacity, Guests arriving by personal vehicle will be directed to an alternative off-site parking location with complimentary bus transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
When should I arrive on race morning?
2026 Disney Wine & Dine 5K participants should arrive approximately one hour before their projected race start time. 2026 Disney Wine & Dine 10K and Half Marathon participants and spectators are strongly encouraged to arrive to the EPCOT parking lot no later than 4:00 a.m.
Is race-day parking complimentary?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available for participants and spectators arriving before 7:30 a.m.
What time does the parking lot open?
2:30 a.m. Friday October 23 (Disney Wine & Dine 5K)
3:00 a.m. Saturday October 24 (Disney Wine & Dine 10K)

Where should participants and spectators enter race morning?
Participants and spectators should enter through Security at the EPCOT Main Entrance.
Where do I pick up my race bib and participant shirt?
Race bib and participant shirt pickup locations are listed in the Expo page of the Digital Expo & Event Guide.
I'm participating in the 10K, Half Marathon or Two Course Challenge. Do I need to visit the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo on Thursday?
No. Participants in these events may pick up their race bib and participant shirt before race day during runDisney Health & Fitness Expo operating hours. We encourage you to visit the Expo the day before your race.
Can I pick up my race bib on race morning?
No. Race bib pickup is only available during runDisney Health & Fitness Expo operating hours. All participants must pick up their race bib before race day.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my bib?
Download and complete your race waiver (available approximately 2 weeks prior to the event). You must have a valid government-issued photo ID and your race weekend Check-In Pass to pick up your race bib (driver's license, passport, military ID or government-issued ID). You may not pick up another adult participant's race bib. Parents or legal guardians must complete the race waiver for minors in order to pick up their race bibs.
What is different about the 2026 Disney Wine & Dine 5K bib?
Disney Wine & Dine 5K bibs include two tear tags. The tear tag on the top of your bib is for apparel. The tear tag on the bottom of your bib contains your Start Group Opening Time. Keep the bottom tear tag attached until race morning.
What are the pace requirements for each race?
All races have a pace requirement of 16 minutes per mile. Those that fall behind pace may experience course modifications.
Will participants be monitored for pace?
Yes. Pace cyclists will be on course to monitor participant pace.
What happens if I fall behind the pace requirement?
Participants who fall behind the established pace requirement may be picked up and transported to the finish area.
Will food and beverages be available?
Yes. Food and beverages will be available throughout race weekend. Alcoholic beverages will not be served before 6:00 a.m.
Once I am at EPCOT, where can I get additional questions answered?
Visit the runDisney Information Tent in the Reunion Area.
How can I link my runDisney photos to PhotoPass?
All photos taken by photographers during runDisney events will be linked to your bib number—no need to stop to collect PhotoPass Cards or link to MagicBands. Photo linking instructions will be included in race event guides and on the runDisney results page.

What health and safety guidelines will be required during the races?

Is bag check available for runDisney races?
Yes. For more information, you can find specific details on the Runner Info page for your race weekend.
Am I allowed to wear a costume in runDisney races?
Yes; however, costumes cannot interfere with the safety of you or other runners. If a costume is questionable or offensive to others, Disney reserves the right to either have you change into something more appropriate or remove you from the event. Can I use headphones while racing?
Headphones can be worn but are discouraged due to audio messages played throughout the course to ensure the safety of all runners.
What will spectator access look like for runDisney races?
The spectator experience continues to be evaluated. We will continue to provide the latest updates on runDisney.com and on the spectator page in the Digital Event Guide for each race weekend closer to the event.
