Race weekend transportation runs to EPCOT from 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM, and returns from EPCOT to the resorts from 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM.

Projected start times are approximate, subject to change, and may be affected by inclement weather or race operations delays. Listen to race announcements — if you arrive after your Start Group has closed, you'll be asked to join the next available Start Group.

Pacing Requirements

All participants must maintain a minimum of 16-minutes-per-mile pace for all race distances. Pace cyclists will be on the course indicating when participants are behind pace by waving a red flag at each mile marker according to the official pace time. If you reach a mile marker with a red flag waving, please note you are behind the required 16-minutes-per-mile pace and can be picked up at any time and transported to the course pick up tent.

Bib check

Opens 3:45 AM for all groups, between the start groups and the reunion area.

Food & beverage, merchandise, entertainment, Disney PhotoPass®, info tent, baby care and gEAR bag are all here.

Post-event buses

The post-event bus transportation zone sits just past the reunion area — follow the signs after you finish.

10K FAQs

When should I arrive for each race?

2026 Disney Wine & Dine 5K participants should arrive one hour prior to their projected race start time. 10K and Half Marathon participants should arrive no later than 4 AM.

What time should spectators arrive?

Arrive one hour prior to your projected race start time for the 5K and no later than 4:00 AM for the 10K and Half Marathon.

What happens if I miss my start group?

You'll be asked to join the next available start group. You'll still be timed and still finish — just later than planned.

Is there a pace requirement?

All races have a pace of 16 minutes per mile. Those that fall behind may experience course modifications.

What is bib check?

Bib check confirms you're in the right start group before you enter the staging area. Times are listed on the Disney Wine & Dine 5K staging map.

Am I allowed to wear a costume in runDisney races?

Yes; however, costumes cannot interfere with the safety of you or other runners. If a costume is questionable or offensive to others, Disney reserves the right to either have you change into something more appropriate or remove you from the event. Are strollers allowed?

For everyone's safety, selfie sticks, baby joggers, strollers, baby carriers, backpacks, skates, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, and animals of any kind are prohibited from the course and event staging areas. Violators will be removed from the course and transported to the finish line area.

Will the race be cancelled or postponed due to weather?

All runDisney races will be held rain or shine, except in the case of lightning or other circumstances if the runDisney Event Management staff determines in its sole discretion that cancellation or postponement is necessary.
